How is the sodium limit determined for over 75? Can I change my own personal sodium limit goal?

The sodium limit is based on these guidelines in the Dietary Reference Intakes:

You can customize your target! Click on your sodium target in your diary (on web) or the Daily Report (on mobile).
Click the toggle to use custom values instead of DRIs.
Enter in your custom values for Daily Target and Max Threshold.
On the website, click Apply. On the mobile app, the targets you enter are automatically saved when you leave this screen.Karen Stark
