Entries not displaying across full page as before

New to forum. My icons for create recipe, create food, oracle, recipe search, and food search are now side by side in a horizontal line. Never before. When you click on any of these icons, each line of text only covers a third of the page and are on two lines. Each entry used to flow across the page in one continuous line. Did I do something to make this happen? How can I get it corrected?

    Is the app current? Have you logged out of the app and logged back in? If all of that has been done, log out of the app, delete the app and reinstall and log back in and check. If all of that doesn't help, reach out to support if you haven't been able to find any answers in the FAQ section.
