raw egg weight with yolk/whites and not with shell?

Am I tracking raw eggs correctly?

I took 5 extra large eggs from Kirkland Costco, cracked it in a bowl and It weighed out to be 230 which is bit off. I used the entry to put 230g and then compared it to 5 extra large eggs entry. There were more calories for 5 extra large eggs.

For the raw egg value in "grams" include only the whole egg without shell or with shell?

    You probably figured it out by now but figure it is without the shells unless you eat the shells too. Egg size and weight varies in size from one kind to another depending on the company or farmer and what the chickens eat.
