BMI is calculated using your weight in kilograms divided by your height (in centimetres squared). If we assume that your height is not going to change, then the only thing we can do to bring down BMI is to reduce weight.
If you do have a specific BMI goal, you can determine the weight needed to reach that goal, and then set your goal based on that weight.
