[bug] Web app sorting Custom Recipes or Foods not by selection but by rotation

Web app.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Foods -> Custom Recipes or Custom Foods
2. Select "Sort by Most Recent" in the dropdown near the top right. Note sorting behaviour.
3. Select "Sort by Most Recent" again. Note different sorting behaviour.
4. Select "Sort by Most Recent" the third time. Note the third different sorting behaviour.

It seems that the sorting dropdown at the top just rotate among the three options: most recent, A-Z or Z-A regardless of what was selected.
