Net carbs not deducting fibre

Net carb HELP!


My net carbs value doesn’t seem to be deducting fibre from total carbs even though I have selected this in the settings. I have input the carbs and fibre amounts but when I exit this page to the energy summary it clearly hasn’t deducted the fibre which then messes up my final macro values for the meal. I'm sure it didn't used to do this. I'm not sure why it is now..

Any advise please? Thank you.

    MIne is working as expected. You may need to open up a support ticket as it seems the developers no longer bother with the forum.
