Sample Meal Plan or Template

In my experience, I am most successful meeting my dietary goals when I have meal plan ahead of time. When I first starting using Cronometer, I just picked a day in the past to create a sample plan. Now I am changing my goals, so I'd like to generate a sample day and save it for reference. Naturally, I don't want to mess with my past data now so, is there an "official" scratchpad or template-like feature that I can use for planning?
