Calcium tracking
hi. I have signed up as I have osteoporosis and I want to track my calcium. I just purchased a fortified orange juice, found it on the list, and entered. But the daily list is showing it way below what it has in calcium. It should be giving me more than 250 mg of calcium but it is listing it closer to 60 on the total day readout. What’s going on?

Is is fortified to the same level all around the world? Have you tried scanning the barcode? Maybe the particular brand is in the database with all the data. I recently scanned a product and the barcode took me to a lower protein milk product. The landscape is changing all the time with new products. Maybe you have to add the brand to the database. I reached out to Cronometer custormer service and fixed the entry associated with that product barcode increading the protein to 18 gms per cup.
I would contact them directly as they might not respond to every forum post. https://cronometer.com/#support
I had to submit photos of the front and back and list the nutrent discrepancy. They fixed it in less than 48 hrs.
Also tracking calcium, supplementing with D and K as I have osteopenia. I use the ultra-filtered milk with higher protein, low fat cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt. I guess you are dairy-free, just the half and half?
