Lost Gold Status
I upgraded to Gold status 2 days ago, worked great up until this morning where I've lost it - both on the app and desktop. Confirmed payment went through. Not getting any action with my ticket. Anyone else deal with this?

Any luck? Did you upgrade on the desktop and the app is not syncing? Check the app profile to see if it says gold. Check the web version. Maybe they aren't syncing? Log out. Delete the app on your mobile device. Reinstall it. Log in. Go to your Account and check to see if it's Gold.
Edit: Are you an iPhone user? Maybe you have to go into your iOS settings.
Account Type Gold
This Gold subscription is managed through Apple. To make changes, use your iPhone to open iOS Settings -> Apple Account -> Subscriptions
