Can't find "Save As New Custom Recipe" when I want to revise a custom recipe

I can't find the feature which is part of almost every other app that using words, the "Save As" function for Custom Recipes. I have a Bulletproof Coffee recipe that I tweak with different ingredients, and I don't want to have to drudge out adding every new ingredient to a new version, I just want to add or remove an ingredient and then save it as "Bulletproof With Widget". Can the developers add this feature please to the next update, which is coming probably in a week or two since Apple likes to update their iOS and require all apps to update every couple of weeks too? Thaaaaannnnksss.

  • There's two ways to handle this. In the phone app, find the recipe and swipe to the right and select "Save a copy."

    or

If you have a bulletproof coffee every day, create a meal that consists of the master Bulletproof coffee with all the possible additives and schedule a repeat. This meal will appear for every day you've scheduled and if you set the recipe/meal to explode all the ingredients, some ingredients could even have a "0" volume, you can then delete any ingredient you didn't have or edit the volume for that day. Brewed Coffee 12 oz. (1), Collegen (0), grassfed butter (0), MCT oil, cocoa, salt, or whatever on M, T, W, T, F, etc.

  • Thanks Maggie, I'm sure that was probably in the video tutorials or app tour.

  • Nothing wrong with driving around without a map or throwing out the Ikea instructions, many of us do it. LOL I learnt alot from the advanced users in the community who post Pro Tips.
