In Cronometer, there is a Carb section which breaks down into Fiber, Insoluble fiber, and soluble fiber. I find it difficult to comprehend how the numbers add up.

Here is my score for today in the attached image.

Total fiber added up to 45.7 g (152%)
Insoluble Fiber 8.6 g (34%)
Soluble Fiber 4 g (80%)

80 + 34 does not add up to 152% on my calculator.
Also, 8.6 g + 4.0 g is nowhere close to 45.7 g.

How can this be, am I missing something? Did I reach my goal or am I short?
Maybe someone can help me figure this out.

Found my answer. I forgot I set some targets. Doing so throws off the numbers. It boiled down to my custom targets versus the default total target. I need to keep better notes on what I'm doing and what my goals are.

So, I met my recommended goals, but I fell short of my target goals. Cronometer is like a Swiss Army knife of information, but I need to use it more wisely so I don't trip over my own mistakes.

It also helps to reread the help and instructions that are provided. Problem solved.

remember that in the underlying data USDA and NCCDB there may not be a breakdown of soluble and insoluble, so it will not equal the total fibre consumed.
