How to adjust Expenditure on my day off?
I have a high activity job Monday through Saturday, but on Sunday I rest and barely do any activity. I would like to adjust my expenditure because I know I don't need as many calories on that day. Seems like there should be an easy way to adjust just for 1 day, or a recurring day. But everything I've found is buried deep in the menus and has to be changed again the next day to fix, and likely messes up my weight goals. Any recommendations?

One idea that comes to mind is to log your "activity" daily (as in just copy it over every day that you're working / highly active time), and don't copy it when you have your day off. Depending on how accurate you've found your tracking to be, this may or may not work well for you; it would involve changing your general activity level.
The only other idea I can think of is to just be mindful of how you're less active and accept that you know the difference in calories you'll need, even if that'll mean that the history may not be accurate.
It sounds like a good feature request, though. You're probably not alone in that being a useful option.
