No way to directly enter calories for a food?

I’m coming off a year a Noom, and this is the only thing I’m missing: you can’t directly enter the calories in a food without creating a custom food and entering all the ingredients which is a big pain. I just want to log the calories tried tech-support, and that was what they told me to do. Any ideas?

  • When you create a custom food, you don't need to enter all the ingredients, you only need to name it, put the name of what you want to call a serving (eg "one", "all", "meow" etc doesn't matter) and add the total calories then click next, then click save food.

  • But i want to include more than just the calories, I just had bilateral knee replacement and very important for recovery to add my macros.

You can add those too. You could also go in more detail of specific nutrient if you want, but you don't have to. Chronometer is the most detailed, accurate, and customizable app out there.

Have you opened and try to do it? You would see the options right in front of you.
