Mobile App is just a Blank Black Screen
Hello all,
I have tried a few times to open the mobile app which usually works fine.
Today, it will not open and just shows a blank black screen.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my mobile twice as well as restarting my mobile with the same black screen shown each time.

Same here.... Phone is a Google Pixel 9 Pro (Android) ...I can get to the site here on the web...but from the phone app it's just a black screen. i tried switching to Dark mode, and same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled ...same. A couple of reboots. I'm on the latest rev of system software and the app.
This has been going on since at least Monday, 10 Aug 2026.
I'll give it another day or two and then will cancel and reluctantly switch to My Fitness Pal.

More findings regarding the issue whereby the Android Cronometer app will open to a blank white screen and quickly change to a blank black screen. This started a few days ago.Multiple times now, I have uninstalled the app, then reinstalled (most recently just a few minutes ago), and I am able to use the app ONE TIME. If I close the app, then it is back to the issue of the black, blank screen.
I see in the forums that this issue has been popping up repeatedly since at LEAST 2019.
I am running:
Android version 17
security update August 5
Google Pixel 9 Pro
