Hello: I notice when I put in tofu there are plenty of essential amino acids logged but when I put in tempeh, no matter what brand/selection, it shows zero essential aminos. Does anyone know why that is?

Tempeh in the NCCDB seems to have a full nutrition profile. Which database did your search result come from?
