I'm trying to construct a decent meal plan, however a lot of the foods lack vitamin/mineral info
For example I'm interested in adding a lot of pink beans to my diet however when it comes to actually analyzing the nutrients in them they have 0 vitamins or minerals and no amino acid information. Where and how can I incorporate this into my diet if I'm trying to forma diet?
