Doesn't seem accurtate
I am trying to Keto diet and cronometer was suggested to me. I've been trying it out for 2 days now. Both days, according to the app, I went way over my limit on carbs. Today, I checked what it was reporting as having the highest carbs. Red Onion and Bell Pepper? huh?
According to the app, 1 cup of chopped red onion has 21.3g of carbs, which means that is all I can eat all day...
According to the internet, it has 13.
Bell Pepper is about double too.
I dunno if these are accurate and with so little wiggle room, I need pin point accuracy.
