Help finding a food in database
I want to create this topic for everybody who needs help finding a food in the Cronometer database.
Let me start...
I am searching for a firm tofu, not silken, raw and cooked variant.
I found this for NCCDB: "Tofu, Raw (Not Silken), Cooked, Firm". I don't understand, it says it is Raw but also Cooked... This is a contradiction ! How is this, raw or cooked ?
I apologise for my misspellings, as English is not my native language.

Hi Marus,
I think there are different types of tofu you can buy: pre-cooked or raw.
This food item refers to raw tofu that you have cooked at home before eating.I found the following options from NCCDB and USDA for firm tofu:
I think the first two options may give you the raw and cooked options you are looking for.
Best,

Oh, pre-cooked tofu ! That explains it. I didn't know, it's my first time when I buy tofu.
Thank you, Karen !I apologise for my misspellings, as English is not my native language.
