I don't understand the numbers in the balance bars

I don't get the meaning of the numbers in the balance bar. Can you guys explain it to me, please?

I get the idea behind these ratios (great feature, by the way).

IN the screenshot attached, does it mean that my Omaga 6 to Omega 3 is 1 to 0.232?
Or, 1223/1000?

If the symbols mean the first, the ratio is almost 5:1, if the latter is the reading, that means, the ration is almost 1:1.
