Hello,
I have a simple question if anyone could help me
For example, let's say I want to add 200 gr of rice to my diet
When I search for rice I find
Rice
and
Rice Cooked
Now do I measure 200gr of raw rice then cook it and eat all
Or do I cook the rice and after that I weight 200gr of rice and add it?
So basically
If I chose in cronometer Rice Cooked do I weight the rice before or after the cooking process to add those 200gr?

If you choose Rice Cooked, weigh after cooking
If you choose Rice, weigh before cooking
Cooking causes rice to swell with water absorbed; also if you use oil and salt in the water (well, I do!) be sure to add that to Cronometer
