Percent Targets

On my diary page, in the “Nutrient Targets” section, there is a wheel next to my summary wheels called Percent Targets. Today, it says I am at 93% Targets.

I presume this means that I have met 93% of all my targets for today but I can’t find anything on the help pages to clarify this and, in the back of my mind, I am wondering if there is something more complicated or subtle going on. Can anyone confirm that I am reading this statistic correctly and, if not, let me know what it actually means?
