Vitamin D Discrepancy
I take a 2000 U Vitamin D tablet daily and enter this into my food diary. When I calculate a 7-day average, however, the daily average for Vitamin D show only 50%, or about 300 IU. Please help me with this apparent discrepancy.

Do you have any empty days in your week? The report is an average so if there are any empty days it will take this into the calculation, unless you choose "Non-empty days" or "Completed Days" from the drop down menu.

More follow-up questions:
Did you have your 7-day average set to show "completed day", but you didn't mark every day as "completed"?
Or, did you make sure to have "include supplements" ticked?
Vickie--You've identified the issue: I didn't tick the Include Supplements box? Thanks for your help.
