is the time i add into cronometer of my workouts (bodybuilding) with or without breaks? Because technically im not working out 90 minutes of the workout but more like 30.

Hi @Hilary and thanks for the answer! So I should leave out the small breaks between sets as well? Without those the 7 kcal per minute estimate is too low id say.
@Sandwich you could probably include the small time between sets. Keep in mind this is an estimate! If possible, I would recommend using a heart rate monitor with an activity tracker that we sync with to get a better approximation.
