I run a Groups.io group (main.hyperaldosteronism@groups.io or patiens that have high blood pressure and what is called salt sensitive BP. We find moving to the low Na DASH can markedly improve BP control.. Using Cronometer has helped them discover where their excess sodium in coming from(Goal <1,500 mg Na( and how to increase their potassium intake to >4,700 mg K. Just using cronometer for one day is able to demonstrate that, despite their swearing they are on a low sodium diet, they are not.
