measuring frozen vegetable portions
I am unsure how to specify the amount of food when I am eating frozen vegetables. For instance, if I enter 12.6 oz of broccoli, the amount listed on the package, I get one result. If I cook the broccoli and enter the cooked amount in cups, as measured by me, I get a completely different result.
Which method is the accurate one in terms of nutrients? Should I measure the food in its frozen state, or cooked?

Hi Bessie,
I would recommend measuring the weight of your broccoli after you cook it, then add "Broccoli, Cooked from Frozen" to your diary using that weight.
