Hello @wadegrimm ,
From your computer, you can log into Cronometer directly from our website https://cronometer.com/.
We have two Cronometer apps in the App Store available for iPhone and iPad, a free app (Cronometer) and an ad-free app (Cron-O-Meter $2.99). The Ad-Free $2.99 app is a one time payement to remove ads if you don't want the Gold Subscription.
If you login to the same account on your computer and phone (using the same email and password), everything will sync.
Cheers,
Marie-Eve

Thank you, I will test it out.

One more question please. Is this answer applicable to iPad too? Just to be sure as I use both.

Hello @wadegrimm ,
Yes, as long as you sign into the same account on your iPad, you will have access to all of your data, and it will sync with your other devices.
Cheers,

Been a couple of days and the phone and laptop did not sink. I’d there a place where this process is documented?
-
Are there other users who sync between laptop and iPad? It is not working for me.

Hello @wadegrimm ,
It's most likely that you have more than one account under different emails (maybe a typo), and you are logged into two different accounts, which is why your laptop and iPad are not syncing.
You can go to the 'Profile' tab and see what email is linked to your account on your iPad, and compare it to the email address in the 'Profile' tab on your laptop.
Please contact us at support@cronometer.com for further assistance.
Kind regards,
Marie-Eve

Okay, email fixed and sync complete. It looks like the laptoop simply overode the ipad. It wiped out all my data that I put into the ipad today and the last two days. June 25,24 and 23 are now gone. So, I am guessing it is not a true synshronization but more of a master slave relationship. One device overwrites the other. So long as I understand I can make it work. I guess I will resign myself to a single device use for data entry. If I am missing something let me know. I truly appreciate your help. I am a bit OCD and will be one of your biggest jingoist if I can dial this thing in. Diet is critical to me and I need a good tool to help manage. Cheers

As long as your logged into one single account on both devices, everything should synchronize just fine.

This is all working now. Tested and verified two way, both way, syc is working. It was the bad email account. Lost a bunch of data but no worries. Practice makes better.
