Red Lentil Amino Acid Profile
The app says that red lentils don't have an amino acid profile. What's with this? I tend to eat them after oats so I'm sure I'm getting all that I need. I use https://tools.myfooddata.com/protein-calculator to assure my staple diet includes all essential amino acids but I thought maybe I'd share.

Hi Jcombs,
If you are looking for more nutrition information than you can find on the nutrition label of your food product, trying searching for Red Lentils in the Common tab. This will limit your search results to the foods with the most comprehensive nutrient information. For example, "Lentils, Pink or Red, Raw" or "Lentils, Cooked From Dried" have amino acids listed in their nutrient profiles.

Ok, yeah that makes sense. Thank you for the explanation and the link. I'll look for the generic options that will log more comprehensive profiles.
