Going meatless
Does anyone know of a good book for someone considering foregoing meat? I am specifically looking for something that addresses how to get complete nutrition and from what foods more than just a cookbook.

I would personally suggest following Dr. Greger at Nutrition Facts.org (https://nutritionfacts.org/). As far as doctors go, he really does know his research.
For cookbooks and recipe plans, I would look at the following sites:
Forks over Knives - https://www.forksoverknives.com/recipes/
Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine - http://www.pcrm.org/kickstartHome/mealplan/week-1
Dr. Joel Fuhrman - https://www.drfuhrman.com/recipesPersonally, I sometimes find the protein is a bit low in some of the above recipes, so usually end up adding more beans/lentils than the recipe calls for.
My other favourite recipe sites are:
Minimalist Baker - https://minimalistbaker.com/
Oh She Glows - http://ohsheglows.com/
Happy Herbivore - https://happyherbivore.com/recipes/Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi there,
there are lots of great recipes on "https://plantbasedcookingshow.com/".
I already tried several recipes and they are all nutritarian and very tasty.
