List "Weight Change" on Trends
When you're on the Diary page of the web app, "Weight Change" is conveniently listed at the top of the weight chart. It would be nice to have this simple little line added to the top of your weight chart on the Trends page also. This would be helpful for the Trends page on both the web app and especially for the mobile app as the numbers are pretty small on that chart.
