How best to record excercise

Hi there.
Enjoying your platform very much.

I am hoping for some suggestions on how best to record/ track exercise. I do a variety of activities from swimming, running, to surfing. I can calculate the calories burned and input them. What I am wondering is how best to record exercise, with notes, and view trends. For example, I would like to be able to see days exercised, or time exercised over a time period.

Are users typically using another platform for this, and Cronometer only for nutrition? I would love some suggestions/ guidance for this.

  • I’m new to the app too, but I think I just found the answer to your question on the University. It mentioned that with gold membership you can create your own items to track, so maybe you could make a cardio minutes category and track it daily
