How best to record excercise
Enjoying your platform very much.
I am hoping for some suggestions on how best to record/ track exercise. I do a variety of activities from swimming, running, to surfing. I can calculate the calories burned and input them. What I am wondering is how best to record exercise, with notes, and view trends. For example, I would like to be able to see days exercised, or time exercised over a time period.
Are users typically using another platform for this, and Cronometer only for nutrition? I would love some suggestions/ guidance for this.
