Perfect Cronometer Breakfast, Daily 100% Nutrients (Vegan)
This is what I came up with: http://imgur.com/Q3mYuyb
What's lacking from that list is energy, water, fat, sodium and vitamin D. This is what's perfect for me. Because I save these for my next meal. I for sure will drink water throughout the day, and I will happily just eat random meal with sodium and fat easily if I want to. As for vitamin D, I get it from the sun, when I jog in the morning or when I eat my breakfast or when I walk.
So it's perfect for me.

Awesome job! Just wanted to mention a few things:
- The vitamin B12 in nutritional yeast can be destroyed by light. If this is your only source, it's important to get regular bloodwork to ensure that you are getting enough from your diet.
- Any salt you add to your diet should be iodized. Our food supply contains very little iodine and a deficiency can disrupt thyroid function.
- It's a good idea to get vitamin D levels checked to ensure that sun exposure is sufficient. I usually recommend people do this at the end of summer and end of winter. Sunscreen, smog, cloud coverage, time of year, skin pigmentation, age, etc. can all reduce the skin's ability to make vitamin D.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask as my practice specializes in vegan diets.
