How to read Notes with a Free Account

So I know there's a bunch of extended features in the paid account including generating reports with notes. But is there a way to read notes in the free version from the trends page?

Hi Steve,

You can view all of your notes with a free account from the Profile tab. Click the gear icon in the Account Information section. Choose Export Data. Choose a date range for which you would like to retrieve your notes. Then choose Export Notes. This will download your notes in that date range in a .csv file.
