Auto-macros seem way off...
I'm a 6'7" (~2m) male that currently weighs 395lbs (~179kilo).
I configured the Diet Profile to "High fat / Ketogenic" and the Weight Goal to "Loose 2 lbs per week". The macros the app generated are as follows:
Calories - 2411 kcal
Protein - 60 g
Net Carbs - 20 g
Fat - 232.3 g
I see where it says it's using .8 g of protein for every pound of lean mass, but this calcualtion is saying I only have 75 lbs of lean mass? Most calculators I've used, even with entering a 50% body fat setting, are at the 140 g range for protein.
Any insights?

Hello @joshadams ,
Based on the body fat % entered in your profile, Cronometer calculates how much of your body weight is lean body mass (total weight minus body fat), and then multiplies that by the protein factor.
To update your body fat %, select ‘Add Biometric’, select ‘Body Fat %’ and enter the correct value.

If you've never logged a body fat % biometric, the warning text box on the website explains that you need to log your body fat % so we know what it actually is (instead of the estimate). It’s impossible for us to know without you telling the program.

You may also have misread that setting, we use grams of protein per kilogram, not per pound.

Also, keep in mind that with keto if you are eating too much protein, you will not reach ketosis.
