Filtered water
Hi, new to this. I filter my water using a Berkey with the carbon and fluoride filters. Is this considered tap water?

Hi cvwendy,
Cronometer doesn't have any values for the carbon and fluoride content of tap water, so I think you would be safe use "Tap, Water" in your diary.
I hope that helps!

Thanks Karen - Can you also tell me if the Nitric Oxide Dump exercise is on on the exercise list?

Hello @cvwendy,
While we do not have the nitric oxide dump listed as an exercise, if you know about how many calories are expended you can enter a custom exercise on the web version of Cronometer. Select "Add Exercise" from your Diary page; then enter the name of your exercise along with the time and number of calories.
You can also get creative and select similar activities to make entries.
