Weight change chart doesn't update

Whenever I add a new weight biometric the weight change chart on the left side of the page in the diary doesn't update until I refresh the page. I'm using the website version and this happens in both chrome and firefox browsers using windows 10.

@steel_horses We have reproduced this issue on Windows 10 and will get a fix for it.
