Cronometer Mobile app (Android on LG phone) not syncing with Computer

Thanks for this opportunity to get support!
I have the Cronometer app on my phone and it is very handy for quickly updating things as I go. I log into my account on the computer and find that it looks like a brand new account. None of the information i had inputed on my phone showed up on my computer, yet it is one account. What could be wrong?

Hi Ada,
Double check that you are signed in to the same account. On the website, you can find your email address listed in the top right corner.
On the mobile app, tap on the Profile tab to find your email address shown second from the top.
