Managing carbs while on keto diet for weight loss
Hello!
I'm currently trying a keto diet w/ intermittent fasting, and I was wondering how to best balance the carb intake with meeting 100% of the nutrient targets on cronometer? I'm currently getting about 20g net carbs per day and I would like to get that down to a comfortable 10-15g range. Problem is that my fiber and folate numbers would fall to about 70-80% of recommended. The majority of the carbs is coming from vegetables and nuts...
I'm curious to know how others who are on a similar diet are managing their meal plans to balance the carbs with the nutrient targets. Would love to share ideas and suggestions, thanks!
Here's my current meal plan so far:

As a dietitian, I would encourage you not to be overly strict with your diet as we don't want your nutrition to suffer.
