Synchronised activities
Sorry if this has already been answered...
I have a connected Garmin smartwatch. When this syncs with cronometer, my activities are recorded. That's great. However, is there a way to record the activity without the used calories affecting my calorie limit?
E.g. My calorie goal (per day) is 1500. If I go cycling or walking, Garmin records the activity. When Garmin & Cronometer sync, my calorie limit increases because of the calories I burnt...
Not sure if this makes sense...

Hi Markjowen,
If you set your macronutrient targets as Fixed Values, you can keep your energy target and macros the same each day, even when you add exercise to your diary.
Learn how to set Fixed Values here: https://cronometer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020446432

Thanks! I see that I had mine set up for ratio. I changed that to fix values and will adjust the settings in device so that it will import activity as well.
