Orange Bell Peppers - or closest sub?
I have not been able to find a listing for Orange Peppers (raw). I also can't find that information out there in them thar wild interwebs. Lots of Yellows, Greens, Reds, but all the other glorious colors are missing.
Anyone know the nutrition details of Orange?

All of the bell peppers are the same pepper, just at different stages of ripeness. Green being the least ripe, red being the most. Orange and yellow are in between and will have the same nutritional values, within an acceptable tolerance.
So out of the three NCCDB listings for Bell Peppers, you can cover all the colors, and have more than acceptable nutritional details for them.
