600 days

Today marks my 600th day logging every single thing that I have eaten!

The first 6 months or so were with pen and paper, followed by about 6 months with myfitnesspal, and then I found Cronometer and could not be happier!

So here's my success story, 600 days, 98 pounds, and I have been maintaining my goal weight of 140lbs +/-5 lbs for over 6 months now!
