Old, old, old entries

I was trying to look back on some entries from a few years ago, but nothing came up. I even bought a subscription so I could customize the dates in the Trends tab, but even then it only goes so far back and won't show me older entries. Are these very old entries not accessible?

  • Hi RayneDubbz,

Your history will go back as far as you have data in entered into your account.

In the trends tab, try selecting All Time and All Days from the drop-down lists above the Calories Consumed graph.

You can also check out all the data entered in your account by exporting your data in the Settings tab. Under Account, find the Account Data section and click Export Data.
Choose All Time as the date range, then Export Servings to get your food and nutrient data or Daily Nutrition for a summary of each day's nutrition instead of a full breakdown. You can also export your exercises, notes and biometrics from here.

  • I did all of that, but it only went back as far as September 1, 2016. I had a LOT more entries prior to that date. Actually, when I do All Time in Trends, it only goes back to January 2017. Weird.

  • Hi RayneDubbz,

Would you mind sending us an email to support@cronometer.com so we take a closer look at your account?
