The mobile app will not allow me to enter my height. Please help.

On our website, from the diary you can try by clicking the Add Biometric button. Select Height from the list of options. Then select your unit of measurement: inches or centimeters. Enter in the value in the box above, then click 'Add to Diary'.
Are you running into a block in one of those steps? Are you seeing any error messages when you try to enter your height?

When I needed support, I emailed them. They responded quickly and gave me all the info I needed. Honestly, it was much more convenient than calling. I don't like calling on the phone, and I try to avoid it whenever possible. I think the issue can be resolved by correspondence even more effectively. After all, you can forget the recommendations that you will be told on the phone, and you can reread them in correspondence.
Also, when verifying, I choose sms receive free instead of receiving a call on my phone number. Often I'm not ready to talk on principle: I'm already overloaded with work, and then there are these endless calls. -
