[Bug] iOS Beta Login Screen Cursor Off-Center

I noticed that the text cursor on the login screen is off-center and does not line up with the text the way I would expect.

EDIT: The cursor is correctly centered when there is no text entered. After the first character it moves up.

Could it be related to Dynamic Type Text Sizing:
Here's my setting:

iOS version: 12.1.3
iPhone 10S MAX

thanks @PresenceGuy yeah we know about that one and its an oddball minor issue that we will prob wait til the last minute to fix since it isn't hurting anything (just makes us detail oriented people crazy!)
