[Bug] iOS Beta Login Screen Cursor Off-Center

I noticed that the text cursor on the login screen is off-center and does not line up with the text the way I would expect.

EDIT: The cursor is correctly centered when there is no text entered. After the first character it moves up.

Could it be related to Dynamic Type Text Sizing:
Here's my setting:

iOS version: 12.1.3
iPhone 10S MAX
