Newbie seeking input
What raw fruits and vegetables are the most packed with nutrition? What is a good dip to use? Is homemade salsa and/or hummus a good choice? If there is something better, please give information. I have followed an amateur body building type diet the past few years. Being a woman in my mid 50's now seeking overall health, vitality and nutrition for my body instead of just muscle hypertrophy.

I love how invested you are in your health and well-being!
Really, all fruits and vegetables are awesome choices but some of the more nutrient-dense ones include:
- Berries
- Pomegranate
- Kale
- Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables
- Microgreens
- Sweet potato
- Red cabbage
- Beets
- Red and yellow peppers
Homemade salsa and hummus is a great choice; just go easy on the salt.
I think the best diet for health and longevity is one that is minimally processed and mostly contains plants. I wrote a blog about diet and longevity that you may find beneficial.

I would cook the vegetables, though!
