getting started- day by day
I'm a total newbie to this and have the idea that I want to log everything I eat for one day, examine and evaluate the stats on it, then delete everything I entered for that day.
***Question: how do I delete a day's worth of entries all at once?
I want to see how what I have always been eating stacks up nutritionally. (I really have no idea.) Then, when I've got a better idea of the damage I have been doing, I will commit to ongoing tracking in a log.

Hello @clarifyer ,
On the website, you can delete all of your entries for the day by clicking on the gear icon in the right hand corner of the Diary and choosing 'Clear All'.
In the mobile app, tap the '...' menu in the right hand corner of the diary and choose 'Delete All'.
I would recommend not deleting what you've been tracking so that you can compare your eating habits overtime!

Oh, I see, tyvm.
One more question then: Is there a way to exclude a certain day or period of time from totals?

Hello @clarifyer ,
You can mark a day as Complete by using the same menu in your diary for days you would like to include in your trends.
When viewing your Trends, you can choose to include All Days, Non-Empty Days or Completed Days.
