NCCDB Gluten free pasta ?
Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to get which particular product the NCC database is using for it's "gluten free pasta". There is such a wide range on the shelves of what is used to create a gluten free pasta I'm wondering how they came up with a generic entry for this. Thanks.

The NCCDB typically takes a range of products available at the time of analysis and then averages the nutrient values to get an 'average' nutrition profile for gluten free pasta.
