Vitamin D
I would love it if the levels of vitamin D would have a way to add in time spent in the sun, not just what I ate and supplements. I'm looking for a way to know if my outside time is enough to make up the difference between my food and what I actually need.

Hi Lin_Sp,
If you have an estimate of the vitamin D you are getting from the sun - you could create a custom food for vitamin D perhaps define a serving as 1 IU and add this to your diary with your estimate each day.
There are some great online calculators where you input the conditions (time of day, skin type, latitude and longitude, skin exposure, surface of the ground, etc.) to estimate the amount of vitamin D you could produce from the sun, like this one: https://fastrt.nilu.no/VitD_quartMED.htmlBest,
