Activity calories

Activity calories should be a calorie goal that we try to achieve each day through exercise and not added to the BMR cause there are some days that your are more active and others that you are not, also doing this brings the calories burned so high when u actually do ass a workout.

My personal approach is to track calorie intake separately from activity. I often do this by inputting my activity ahead of time (especially when it's new), then deleting it when I input food.

However, once you have more of an activity pattern established (i.e. exercising 1 hour per day, 5 x per weeks), you can just set an activity factor to moderate and avoid tracking your exercise.
